Girlguiding Newcastle has a proud tradition of working with other charities and voluntary groups. This helps our young members develop a community spirit and benefits a wide range of causes.

While we welcome enquiries via our website regarding working with us, please understand that we receive numerous requests and our resources are limited. We regret that we will therefore have to decline some requests.

Our preferred partners are those who can offer our members opportunities to raise awareness of issues or take positive action, in addition to carrying out more traditional fundraising activities. You might like to check out our partners in “Changing the World” on the Girlguiding UK website for examples of this. If your proposed project enables our members to progress with badgework or other areas of our varied programme, so much the better!

If we can help your cause and you can complement our activity programme, do let us know. Bear in mind that if your proposal is time-critical, we will need at least 10 weeks to circulate details among our members and obtain any necessary parental consents.
